This is Penny! Penny is our foster that came from the home of an animal hoarder. She had mange and was about to be euthanized before TAPS rescued her. She’s usually pretty quiet, well behaved, is good with kids and dogs - no cats, walks ok on leash but still needs a little work, didn’t mind the car, and hasn’t minded the crate. The shelter is thinking she is about a year old. So If an amazingly sweet, sometimes goofy, and active little 32lb mixed breed is something you’re looking for let me or TAPS animal shelter know!
