Needing a bass teacher. Interesting arrangement

I have 2 basses I've never learned to play. I don't have the patience and discipline for online learning. I'm 47 and have a full time job and family. Looking for someone to show me and teach me a few things and maybe just help me keep track and progressing online. Or full instructions once a week The interesting arrangement?? My wife and or I would both pay you in other forms of payment.
