For ANYONE waiting to experience the underwater world!!!... Here are Local Dive Instructor Dennis Catron, of Dive Solutions and Services LLC and ScubAmerica.net's NAUI sanctioned Open Water Scuba classes the next few months! The tuition of $475.00 includes the following... On-Line Training from NAUI.org, Zoom Classroom/Lecture from Dennis, In-person Pool Skills training, Complete set of Books and Dive Tables (To Keep by Students), Air, SCUBA Cylinders, Regulators, and Buoyancy Compensators (for use during all training). STUDENTS MUST PURCHASE THEIR OWN MASK, FINS, BOOTS, AND SNORKEL PRIOR TO FIRST POOL TRAINING SESSION. We also recommend 3mm wet suits this time of year which can be rented or bought from any local dive shop or on-line venue. All personal gear must be of good quality and fit. Most Dive Shop professionals can help with selection and fit, or speak with Dennis prior to purchasing. Three South Florida Basic Open Water Courses, one in January 2023 and two more as the winter progresses through February. All three classes in time for our Spring 2023 Trips! COURSE #1: Open Water SCUBA Diver Friday January 6: 7 - 9pm ZOOM classroom (NAUI online education also required and) Saturday January 7: 8:30am (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday, January 8: 8:00am at Blue Heron Bridge, Riviera Beach (Open Water training dives 1 & 2) Friday January 13: 7 - 9pm ZOOM classroom Saturday January 14: 8:30am - noon (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday January 15: 8:30am Open Water Boat Dives 3 & 4 COURSE #2: Open Water SCUBA Diver Friday January 27: 7 - 9pm ZOOM classroom (NAUI online education also required) Saturday January 28: 8:30am - noon (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday, January 29: 1:00pm at Blue Heron Bridge, Riviera Beach (Open Water training dives 1 & 2) Friday February 3: 7 - 9pm ZOOM classroom Saturday February 4: 8:30am - noon (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday February 5: 8:30am Open Water Boat Dives 3 & 4 COURSE #3: Open Water SCUBA Diver Friday February 10: 7 - 9pm ZOOM classroom from home with Dennis (NAUI online education also required) Saturday February 11: 8:30am - noon (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday, February 12: 11:00am at Blue Heron Bridge, Riviera Beach (Open Water training dives 1 & 2) Friday February 17: 7 - 9 pm ZOOM classroom Saturday February 18: 8:30am - noon (pool training at Delray Beach) Sunday February 19: 8:30am Open Water Boat Dives 3 & 4 To reserve a spot, a Deposit of $200.00 is required. Once received, the On-line training key and textbooks will ordered and sent to you so you can get started before the Zoom Class date for the course! NOTE: Each Date/Session is a "Module" that is fairly consistent in content over all courses, so if you cannot complete all modules during a course time frame, you may add the needed module(s) at the next or one of our subsequent courses!!!... Open Water Training, as an option, may always be done on our SCUBA trips! DON'T Forget...
