Papillon dog, well loved, trained

I need to find a good home for my 7 year old dog. He doesn't do well in an apartment and I can no longer able to keep him. He is trained, kennel trained, and everything realy. He even has a dancing trick. I am asking a small rehoming fee and am more concerned about him finding a good family. Tribbles is a wonderful very quiet and trained purebred Papillon dog. I got him from a breeder when he was 3 months old and don't have his papers. He is great with all people, children and loves cats! (He thinks he is a cat) he is healthy and loves his clothes, barely sheds, and though his hair is long, he only needs his feet trimmed because of his breed. He loves to "kill" his lambchop toy and refuses to play fetch. Otherwise he loves only cat😹 toys. He needs to live in a house or main floor apartment, even a townhome would be alright. He grew up in a house where he could be just let outside, and wasn't difficult to go on a walk. I live in a 3rd floor apartment, and he can't wait long enough for me to get bundled up and all the way down the steps to go potty. Even though we tried to get him to go on a dog litter box over the last year I haven't been able to get him to use it, ruining our floors. I know he is trained, whenever I take him with me on vacation he is very good, loves the car, and always lets me know he needs to potty and is able to hold it. I am hoping to find him a nice family. He doesn't like all dogs and is picky, he loves all cats and children. He misses having kids around and also misses when I fostered cats and kittens. Only asking 150 to rehome, firm. He comes with everything he could possibly need as well as health records and microchip, kennel, toys, clothes, leashes.
