Casual jazz jam in WL?

I'm looking to meet some good musicians, primarily to just play together, which is why we all do this anyway, right? No aspirations to play gigs, but certainly if there's chemistry I'd be really interested in working up some original/semi-original material and seeing what happens. I am a jazz guitarist, and looking for bass and drums first, who are relatively close to downtown Chicago so it's not too much of a hassle to play regularly. Then piano and vocals (I have a Yamaha U3). I'm happy to host at my home in the WL and have plenty of space. Ultimately it would be really cool to have a standing casual jam we could enjoy ourselves or invite others to, either as musicians or audience members. Of course jazz standards are part of that, but I grew up on classic rock and bluegrass, play a lot of classical music (on piano), love folk music and americana, old irish tunes, etc. Anything is fair game as source material. The only thing I don't like is complexity for complexity's sake.
