WANTED: Full-Time Experienced Mechanic / Technician Responsibilities & Requirements include but are not limited to: - Maintaining an organized, neat, clean, and safe work area. - High level of motivation, positive energy, and a customer-focused attitude. - Must be a team player looking out for the good of the customer, company, and coworkers. - Be able to follow instructions effectively and in a timely manner. - Minimum of 2-3 years experience in automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair. - Candidate must be able to diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning - Must be able to perform maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and provide accurate reports. - Must also know some basic computer skills such as typing and data entry. (prior knowledge of Alldata or Mitchell1 is preferred). - Knowledge of all years, makes, and models. - Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License. - Ability to multitask. - Candidate must have their own tools and toolbox, however, the shop does have scan tools & shop equipment.
