Grand River Brewery, Marshall is hosting a beer dinner on Thursday, January 26th from 5:00-8:00 pm featuring four courses, each made to be paired with an 8 oz GRB craft brew. This beer dinner is a journey through complex flavors and pairings, crafted specially by the GRB brewing team and Owner/Executive Chef Justin Dalenberg and chef Austin Conley in a masterful collaboration. Each of these four courses utilizes GRB beer in the actual recipe, making for a perfect meal for beer lovers and enthusiasts alike. For $45 a ticket, you’ll get each of the delicious dishes that were specially crafted for this occasion plus an 8 oz brew to accompany each course.

Forest Born Beer Cheese Soup ~made with Grand River Butchery Chorizo and Hatch Green Chilis, paired with the Forest Born Lager
Pear Salad ~with Arugula, Frisee, and Radicchio tossed in Alize von Saaz-Citrus Vinaigrette, with goat cheese and croutons, paired with the Alize von Saaz Hefeweizen
Grand River Butchery Short Ribs ~braised in Small Town Brown and served with with cherries and Monkey Mouth Braised Fusilier Farms Carrots and Squash with Dill, also with a side of mashed Fusilier Farms Potatoes with Boursin cheese, paired with the Small Town Brown
Grand River Bakery Whiskey Glazed Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding + Ramble Jam Peach Cobbler~topped with Hexenhaus Stout Creme Anglaise and paired with the Hexenhaus Stout
