The more you know, the more you can control. The more you can control, the less fear / anxiety you will have.In this workshop you will learn about the pelvic floor muscles, how to be aware of this area, what to do if you need help, and what to do to avoid future problems. Whether you are an athlete, a mom, a retiree, or a student, this class is for you. This evening will cover all the topics that should have been discussed in 8th grade health class!Jennifer Miles has been a physical therapist over 23 years and specializes in pelvic floor therapy. She is the proud owner of Miles Pelvic Therapy in Bend, OR. In her 20’s, after playing college basketball and having several orthopedic injuries, she started experiencing pelvic pain and personally sought out pelvic floor physical therapy. The success she had with pelvic floor PT inspired her to change focus in her already established P.T. career! Now 15 years later, she’s still a passionate practitioner helping women gain more confidence with their bodies. She has found through years of experience how to be efficient with figuring out each patient's individual pelvic puzzle. Coupons from Title 9 and Miles PT for attendees at the event!
