A lecture and a presentation will be made by Henry Ward and Etta Lambert along with a tasting menu and a demonstration using indigenous medicinal plants.
Henry Ward is a professional archaeologist, chef and food historian. Etta Lambert is a descendant of the Monacan Tribe, she was trained from a young age to identify, use and cook with native herbs.
All ticket sales and donations are used to continue the restoration, preservation and programming at Historic Jerusalem Mill Village.
