This evening of breathwork and bonding is a deep personal development experience that focuses on both the individual and the bond between you and your partner. Whether you're on the path of growth together, or trying to find common ground in a changing world, this workshop is a time to pause in togetherness and release the past. Push past conflict and confusion to re-establish and deepen your connection. Through intimate exchange and breathwork, couples engage in an intensive experience to help break old patterns and open closed hearts and return to love, healing and passion. Come willing to learn about yourself and your spouse with experienced facilitators in a safe and private setting. How can you prepare? Wear something loose-fitting and comfortableAvoid eating any large meals for 4-5 hours prior to the session, snacking is ok.Give yourself some additional time at the end so that you don't have to rush back to any hectic obligations. What you need to bring: A yoga matA Blanket - temperatures can fluctuate while breathing so layers and a blanket help with comfortWaterIMPORTANT: Breathwork is NOT RECOMMENDED for everyone. Contraindications include cardiovascular problems, neurological problems including epilepsy and seizures, severe mental illness, pregnancy, persons recovering from recent surgeries or fractures. This is an inclusive event. Everyone is welcome. While the event is primarily focused on romantic relationships, if you'd like to attend with a friend or family member that can work too. It's all about deepening whatever relationship you're bringing to the event.
