NEED HELP HANGING SHELVES AND MOVING BOXES

Hi, I'm older and can no longer do things like I used to so I'm looking for a couple handyman type helpers to hire on a regular basis. This week or so I would like to install some shelves in my office. I purchased some sheets of plywood we can cut for shelves. And I purchased some shelf brackets and screws from lowes which should work. The key I guess is using a stud finder to ensure we hit the studs. I guess we could install some plywood or 2x4's on the wall if we have to for strength. Whatever. I expect the first day would be a good 6 to 8 hours and we can go from there. Thanks.
