We are excited to host a monthly open house with certified trainers and nutritionist to guide you in your fitness journey. This open house will feature 3 sessions two kickboxing sessions and a nutrition session. After you register you will get a text to choose which workout session you would like to attend. However every ticket includes the nutrition session. THE WORKOUT: We will Introduce ourselves and explain how the 9 round circuit training works while stretching. We will then go through the 9 round circuit which consists of the following : ROUND 1 & ROUND 2: Functional movement training using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina. ROUND 3 - ROUND 8:The real fun begins with punching and kicking various boxing and kickboxing bags to build power and coordination. Learn real kickboxing techniques and feel your skills growing with every hit you land. ROUND 9:Time to hit the mat. Tighten and strengthen your core with challenging moves that improve the way you feel at work and at play. The entire workout strengthens your core, but on Round 9 you'll really feel it. THE NUTRITION: Sarah Karaman, MSACN After graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion, I continued on to get my Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition. I've since completed one thousand clinical hours supervised by a DCN/CNS Nutritionist, and am soon to sit for my Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) boarding exam. I now work one-on-one with clients to help them get down to the root cause of their health concerns and equip them with the tools they need to heal and function optimally! I have experience with an array of health concerns ranging from chronic digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmunity, weight loss, and more. Unable to find lasting relief through standard medical approaches and eventually feeling hopeless is a common phenomenon I see too often, and unfortunately have experienced myself- which is why I'm so passionate about what I do.
