TEEN/Family Soundbath & Pizza Party- No Chanting, No Gurus, No Religion Teens-$5 Everyone Else-$10 Join us at Highlands Ranch Library! Lots of space in Event Halls A & B (Upstairs). Doors open 5:30pm. This session will be focused on families especially teens. We’re creating a safe space for our teens to relieve stress & anxiety. A Soundbath is a type of meditation or relaxation session that involves listening to various acoustic instrument sounds while laying on a mat, a great way for our teenagers to relieve stress and anxiety. The sounds will help participants relax and let go of stress. After the Soundbath our meet and greet pizza party will be a fun and social way for our teens to connect and relax. Performed by Pure Guidance Wellness Media and sponsored by PGWcorp.com, this session will leave participants feeling rejuvenated. Please bring your own mat, water, blanket and pillows.
