Our family is from Pennsylvania where we used to foster for our very busy local SPCA. We are definitely missing it. We’ve signed up at our local SPCA and humane society already but just wanted to see if anyone had any ideas of local rescues that are often needing puppy or kitten fosters. Thank you!!
