Our most exciting event of the year is back for the first time in 2023! It's time for the community to come together to fight human trafficking AND fast fashion. ✨ FUNDRAISING GOAL: $18K ✨ What to Expect 1. Thousand of clothes for men and women! No kids clothes. 2. We have TONS and I mean TONS of name-brand clothing items. 3. Everything will be organized by size and color. Making shopping easy and convenient. Our Mission Forced Labor is one of the most prevalent forms of trafficking in the world. One of the aspects of slave labor is fast fashion. It fuels the demand for cheaply made items made by vulnerable individuals who receive little to no pay. Not only does it harm those who make our clothes but it destroys our environment, too. We want to stop the cycle of exploitation by providing opportunities to take away the demand of fast fashion. Your Money Will Help 1. Employ Survivors and Foster Youth We want to employ those who are most vulnerable in our community. Giving them opportunities to thrive, dream, and learn new skills. 2. Stop the Fast Fashion Demand Fast fashion is an issue of supply and demand. This event provides new opportunities to buy trendy second-hand items you feel confident in. 3. Support Vulnerable Artisans Around the World When we place an order with our artisan partners we ensuring a future for them that is free of exploitation. We will set money aside to further collaborations with brands employing survivors.
