Join Natasha Mills of Healing Hands CMT AND LeeAnna Gregorio of Cosmic Lee In Tune for an evening of Sound Healing Meditation. We will journey for an hour though ancient sounds and powerful vibrations to help clear your mind and help create a defined vision for yourself. Entering into 2023 with this new phase of the self, we will help guide you with sound. This Sound Healing at Songbird Community Healing Center is a safe space where you may quiet your mind and reconnect to your bliss. Benefits include: Stress Reduction, Peace of Mind, Creative Inspiration, Physical & Mental Healing, Improved Sleep, Enhanced Energy, Relief from Depression & Anxiety, Forgiveness, Release from Guilt, Increased Productivity & Focus. Best of all, you are required to do nothing - just lie back, let go and receive. After an hour-long cathartic and transportive sound bath, you will feel refreshed and renewed. FAQs ARRIVE EARLY Doors open at 5pm. Please arrive between 5:15 and 5:45pm to give yourself time to settle-in and relax. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6pm. (Latecomers may not be permitted to enter once we begin.) The sound bath will conclude at 7:00pm. $35 tickets must be purchased in advance Purchase tickets here for $35. If space is available, walk-ins are welcome for $35 cash or venmo at the door. FREE PARKING The Songbird Community Healing Center is located near plenty of parking that will be free on the day and time of this event. Please note that when parking in downtown Cotati, we should exercise caution. Do not leave any personal belongings in your car, be sure your windows are rolled up and your cars are locked. EVENT SPACE This event is on the second floor of 8299 Old Redwood Hwy in Cotati. There are stairs that you must walk up to access the space. Please come prepared to walk up a flight of stairs. WHAT TO BRING Bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket to lie on. Bring a pillow for your head. Many people like to cover themselves with blankets. Wear comfortable clothes. You're welcome to bring your crystals to be cleared, and an eye mask. Covid Protocols: Sonoma County Health Department Highly Recommends Wearing Masks. COVID-19 Policy We are monitoring Covid-19 carefully, and have made the following decisions: *We will go ahead with the event as long as conditions don't worsen significantly. We are not required to ask people to wear masks, but we ask that people be respectful everyone’s personal choice. LIMITED SPACE / CANCELLATION POLICY There are limited spots available. You may cancel your ticket (on Eventbrite) up to 24 hours before the event begins for a refund; however, Eventbrite does not refund their fee of $3.16. We do not refund or transfer tickets within 24 hours of the event; however, should you be unable to attend, you may give your ticket to a friend to use in your place. AGE REQUIREMENTS We welcome Adults 18 years and older. This event is not suitable for people under the age of 18. RELEASE OF LIABILITY By signing up for this event, it is understood that although sound baths may be therapeutic, they are not therapy. LeeAnna Gregorio is not a professional therapist beyond being a Certified Massage Therapist, and she serves only as a guide. Additionally, the attendee(s) attests that they/she/he do(es) not have covid, covid symptoms, nor has been in contact with anyone with covid for at least 14 days. The attendee(s) agrees to release from any claim: LeeAnna Gregorio and Natasha Mills, the other participants of this event, as well as the Songbird Community Healing Center, any event sponsors, and the facility in which this event is held.
