What is it that pulses your Heart? Your mind? Your soul? Your spirit? What is it that you wish to intentionally manifest, attract, share, explore or what do you seek, desire for 2023? In a relaxed atmosphere, we'll begin by understanding the Power of Intention + the Law of Attraction behind Creating manifestations. Setting the positive tone and vibe as a group, we'll focus on mindful exploration, together diving deep into our yearnings. To ensure mental clarity, focus & sharpness, we will create a fresh vessel within ourselves with conscious breathwork + envision our reality by creating a “MasterMind Vision Board & Mind Map with Positive Affirmations that we create using watercolors. What you will experience Guided meditation focused on goal getting and manifestation 2023 Goal Mapping workbook Use watercolor to create positive affirmations Create vision boards using magazines cut outs boards All materials are provided : Magazines, poster board, scissors, glue stick, water color/ markers/colored pencils, sharpie and anything else you want to include to be creative Pizza, cheese & fruit, drinks (BYOB optional)
