2023 Western Region Little League Outreach Umpire Clinic CA District 14 Fremont/Newark, CA On the field training that focuses on base and plate mechanics by Western Region Instructors. The clinic will be taught with an eye towards learning new skills and removing some of the rust as the season approaches. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Please bring your own plate gear for the plate training sessions. Male students must wear a protective cup for live plate cage work. The classroom session will begin promptly at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 3rd. Please arrive by 6:30 PM to check in for the clinic. The on the field sessions will start promptly at 8:00 AM on both Saturday, March 4th and Sunday, March 5th. Please arrive by 7:30 AM each day to check in for the clinic. The clinic will end at approximately 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 5th. See the full clinic schedule and locations outlined below.
