Six Foot Fit offers a FUN fitness experience that truly caters to all levels. We are locally owned and love bringing people together in the community! We make you sweat and laugh through the workout, while meeting new people! Here, your coaches not only teach you fitness, but also act as your wingwomen for new friends, because lets face it, we know the process of meeting new people can sometimes be awkward! In your hour long workout, you will be provided with high energy instruction for lifting weights, sweating through HIIT intervals, and getting in a total body workout.
