Take a stroll with your sweetheart (or bestie!) through Downtown Oroville tasting wine & chocolate while you shop. Check-in begins at 4 pm at the Downtown Oroville Booth on Myers and Bird where you’ll pick up your wine glass and wristband. Shop to Win! Get a raffle ticket for every $20 you spend for the chance to win a beautiful bouquet of Roses.  $35 advaced, $40 at the door
