Paint and cleaning help

I have to paint 3 rooms in my rental property and do appliances cleaning. Need help from an expedited and energetic paint job expert who can also clean appliances. Immediate help is needed. Job is for 1-2 days. I will pay commendation at the end of each day in cash 9-10 $. Per hour. 2nd Job. I need a lady worker who can help my wife in my house keeping 3-4 hours twice a week. Compensation will be paid at the end of each working day 12-15 $ per hour. Any body contacting me must be legal in the country and have valid ID.
