Take a Shot at Ball Hockey is a free introductory clinic that introduces participants to the game of ball hockey. In this free clinic, participants will learn how to stickhandle, pass and shoot and we will put those skills to the test in a fun scrimmage at the end. Who is encouraged to come out? In the first hour (2:00-3:00), we will host girls ages 5-16 and in the second half (3:00-4:00), we will host women ages 17+. No experience or equipment is necessary, we will provide the necessary gear to play. If you have always wanted to try hockey and have not gotten the opportunity, this is your chance! Come out, learn the game for free and make new friends along the way! In order to participate, lock in you or your child's spot today by claiming your free ticket, once we receive your information, we will email the registration form and participation waiver. We have limited spots for both the girls and women's session, so don't wait and lock in your spot ASAP. Immediately following the event, we will meet up at Publico at Bull Street to grab drinks and share a quick bite to eat! About Us: Ball Hockey Boot Camp is a youth focused organization that is dedicated to growing the sport of ball hockey for young girls and boys. Our main iniatives are to grow the sport for young girls, women and players of color to help further diversify the sport.
