1hr Donation-based yoga for ALL. Hi Chula Vista (and surrounding) community! I’ve been inspired to offer donation-based yoga & meditation classes as a form of making yoga and its benefits accessible to all. These classes are open to all levels. We will explore slower movements and tune into breathwork as we flow. A short meditation will take place after we flow during savasana for the winter months. Join me as we explore the mind-body-breath-soul construct to strengthen your connection to self! *As mandated by the city: must wear a mask when off of mat, we will be at least 6ft apart *We flow to the left of the restrooms out in the open field.
