St. Luke's Community Heart Health Screening offers you the opportunity to learn about your risk for cardiovascular disease, to connect to resources, and to create a plan to keep your heart healthy. Screenings are in-person, require a finger stick and take 15 minutes. Results are immediate and include total cholesterol, HDL (good) cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure and waist circumference. Appointments are required. Tuesday from 8 am- 12 pm Risk Assessment
