Description

This will help find your inner peace and bring back your ease of mind to start off your week. This class will be held Jan. 6th 2023 at 8:30PM CST. ( Class will start on time. You will have a 15min grace period. Doors will be locked at 8:45pm and meditation will begin.) If you are not local we will showcase this on zoom as well so everyone can join. Please bring a pillow or yoga mat to sit on during the class. This class is donation Based!!! Please bring your yoga mat and wear light colored clothing. Meditation tea and water will be provided.
