I THINK I HAVE FOUND PEOPLE FOR THIS PROJECT. I am not going to delete the ad until tomorrow. I appreciate all responses. Hi my name is Ryan. I own a house in East Dallas about 3-4 miles from downtown very close to the Santa Fe Trail. I need help with a few different things. I don't expect you to be able to help me with everything but please let me know what you can help with, or please list the numbers. I am able to get started any time. I pay fairly, I don't try to rip people off and I don't get taken advantage of. It's probably best if you meet with me beforehand and give me a quote. I'm happy to send you pictures. 1. I need someone to get on my roof and trim about 4-5 crepe myrtles and cut a hackberry down to about 6 feet. This is not very complicated and you can probably do it all in 1-2 hours. You'll need a chainsaw for the hackberry. I can send pictures of everything. I will remove all branches from the property myself so I only need you to trim the tree and get the branches off my roof (throw them on the ground). The trees are probably 15-20 feet in the air and it's really easy to get on the roof and seems safe. 2. I need a mailbox installed, you have to drill into mortar or brick. I have the mailbox, don't think I have the right screws but I could be wrong. This should be pretty easy. I'm expecting to pay around $40.00 for the mailbox installation which should be extremely fair. 3. I need a 18-20 yard fence to be installed in the back of my house but the two things listed above are the priority. I'd like to get 2 six foot chain link gates and then fill in the remaining space with probably wood on the east and west side, but I'm open to suggestions. The gate is for two purposes 1. to not let my renters dogs out of the back yard and to keep them safe and 2. the gate needs to open so cars/trucks can park in the back. I'm a landlord and experienced with contractors and look forward to meeting people that can help me out in Dallas.
