Looking for a clothing / textile recycling location

I have some things that I do NOT want to donate to GoodWill as it is torn, but over half the material is good for projects. Brooks Brother dress shirt with frayed collar & fitted bed sheet that is 10 years old and will not stretch to fit around the bed. Where is a good place to for recycling?
