There is no ad creation on your part. **About the pay** This is a 1099 position. It takes an average of 15-20 minutes to post 3 new ads and renew old ads. The pay starts at: $2.00 per (new) post (there is no compensation for renewals) $2.50 after 6 months $3.00 at the 1 year anniversary Here's the breakdown: 15 minutes per day 6.5 hours per month 78 posted ads per month $156 per month increasing to-$234 per month $24 per hour increase to $36 per hour(average) **About you** You have the ultimate flexibility. You can choose the time you post. There is no set time or schedule. Just post on the required days.
