ARS is looking for an ambitious individual that is looking to succeed. Health and dental benefit are available! We are looking to fill this position quickly. Essential job duties include : -Inspect vehicles for compliance with safety regulations and noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation -Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines-Inspect surfaces to detect minor chips and scratches in paint -Polish, buff, and wet sand vehicles if needed -Clean vehicles to sale condition according to company's specification. -Apply wax to auto body -Refurbish headlights-Write on an invoice of reconditioning work performed. -Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area -Replace defective items according to specifications using hand tools -Clean vehicles with FINE detail. Skills/Requirements include: -Ability to operate an automobile -Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -Manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely -Possible expose to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions -Must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach or crawl -Personable, friendly demeanor with customer service approach to internal and external customers-Multi-tasking and easily adapt to fast paced environment -Ability to read and understand basic instructions. Write estimates and work orders. Write work order on invoice billings. -Ability to communicate effectively. -Must be at least 18 years of age-Must have a valid driver's license-General mechanical skills. -6-12 months of previous work experience -Must have a work ethic-Self starter and ambitious -Very detail oriented
