We are expanding our business and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Production Team in Rosemount, MN. The Production Worker is an entry-level position vital to the plant’s operations. Visit us at www.spectroalloys.com to learn more.  WAGES: • Starting wage is $20.00/hr for Days and $21.30/hr for Overnights • Opportunities for overtime • Productivity Bonus Incentive! -$3/hr additional is guaranteed within the first 90-days -After 90 days, up to $6/hr additional for reaching production goals JOB SCHEDULE: • Day Shift: 4:45 am - 5 pm; Overnight Shift: 4:45 pm - 5 am • 12.25-hour shift, 3-2-2-3 rotating work schedule • Opportunities for overtime JOB DUTIES: • Manually stack aluminum ingots weighing 28 pounds each • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Accurately weigh, record, mark, and band finished product to customer specifications • Safely operate a forklift to transport finished products to trailers or warehouse • Perform routine maintenance and inspection of production equipment • Assist maintenance personnel as directed during adverse conditions or line malfunctions • Wear all required personal protective equipment and clothing, and follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team • Ability to work extended periods of time in heat and cold as dictated by outside temperatures • Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds frequently • Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required • Must be available to train during 1st shift hours (8 am - 5 pm) for the first week of employment OUR TOTAL REWARDS OFFERING: • Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance • Paid Time Off, including your Birthday! • Paid holidays • 401(K) with match • Annual clothing allowance and much more!
