Family Pools is currently hiring for an experienced Pool Technician. This is a full-time opportunity based in the Sarasota, Florida area. In this position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of pools on a schedule in your assigned area. Pool Technician Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Checking the water chemistry and balance of the pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicals • Maintaining pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debris • Perform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipment • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Document your visit in the company CRM and by leaving a visit report for clients Qualifications: • Must have availability to work Monday – Friday. • Must be over 18 with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and can conduct physical labor in the Florida heat and weather • Must be able to work well independently and have a positive attitude Pay is based on performance, and is estimated at $800 / weekly Company vehicle and gas provided
