Hello, The New Year is right around the corner, 2023, did it go quickly or slowly for you? I am a LIFESTYLE AND MINDSET MENTOR who is launching a new program in January 2023 in the field of behaviors. As a Lifestyle and Mindset Mentor, my specialty is the field of disruptive detours centered in the mind. When you hear the term ‘365 days’ what is the one word that comes to your mind first? Feel free to reply to this email with your one word, can not wait to hear from you! For myself it was EXPANSION! 2022 was the year of expansion for myself and clients in terms of growth and changed confidence. Did you create a balanced life over the course of the 2022 year? Here is what I was discussing with a client of mine about a balanced life and had to share it with you. Balanced Life Have you heard, “You must be lost to find yourself?” Finding certainty in daily life requires getting extremely unbalanced in every other aspect of life. As people we find time for the things or activities that matter most! To stop being lost in the uncertainty of daily life and start feeling energized, there needs to be clear action to take. This requires going out of balance to deliver optimal attention to what matters most! During the last year I can honestly admit that balance in the expansion of my personal life did create uncertainty; however, leaning into that uncertainty created a balance in my life. Yes, that does not make perfect sense. Let me break it down for you a little deeper. Do you have a minute? The ONE thing that mattered most to me is creating impact and change in people around me. This can be clients, family members, strangers, or the community. In order to create the change in those around me I always have to be growing as an individual to serve this mission. Which at times required there to be uncertainty; of whether the growth in those I serve was working or expanding within them. Creating change meant becoming the person that the change starts with by sharing my personal experience. Here is where the expansion came into place! Expansion not only of myself, business, and watching clients flourish. It came from being the change and sharing freely what was happening. That was where the balance came into play, in order to keep I must serve. Currently interviewing 4 people this week to get research for the final touches of this never before seen course!
