HELP ANYONE FREE PUPPIES?

Does anyone know if the Birmingham Human Society or any other county animal places are taking in puppies???? They said they are full and couldn’t take 6 puppies at them being only 4 weeks old, but a local vet I called about seeing about a place to take them that would actually adopt them out and not put them down or anything told me they will say they can’t take puppies right now but if I just take the puppies there, they will take them in? I’m just worrying about if they will take them by just showing up with them and adopt them to good homes or put them down from being overcrowded and not being able to take in 6 puppies ??? At only 4 weeks old, but the mom isn’t wanting to feed them anymore from her being a small dog and the puppies have scratched and cut her nipples so bad I know she’s a good mom it just is hurting her to feed 6 puppies the way they are fighting and tugging on her to get milk?!?? And they don’t want puppy food or supplement milk enough to stay full???? HELP? ANYONE??
