!!Immediate work is available!! I am looking for a maintenance worker to help complete odd jobs and small projects around our apartment complexes. Perfect for those looking for part time work (as little as 8 hours a week to 35 hours per week, sometimes more) Looking for a professional and punctual worker ready to make some extra cash. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as you will be traveling to and from Lowes or Home Depot. Having a truck is a plus. Pay will start at $15 per hour and will rise depending on skills/experience. Can discuss pay schedule as well. Types of tasks you will be doing: Painting Cleaning Stove/dishwasher repair Flooring repairs (can include subfloor replacement in small areas and installing Luon & VCT tiles) Small electrical repairs (fixing light switches, outlets, etc.) Small plumbing repairs (leaking faucet, dripping drains, etc.) If I do not answer your phone call immediately please leave a voicemail or send an email and I will return your call as soon as possible.
