Join us for Pilates classes in the heart of East Aurora! Pilates is a system of exercise designed for everybody and every body. It is designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
Private Session: A private session is 50 minutes in length and completed upon the equipment decided upon by the instructor for the day. The focus is personalized for the client to be able to identify and work on specific muscular and postural imbalances. The equipment to be used will also include the mat table, reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, and spine corrector. A private session is recommended for all new clients coming into the studio to begin their Pilates practice with us. Sessions are available Mondays 7:45am, 10am, 4pm, or 5pm. Tuesdays 7:45am, 9am, 4:45pm, or 5:45pm. Wednesdays 7:45am, 9am, or 10am. Thursdays 7:45am, 9am, 10am, 4:45pm, or 5:45pm.
Small Group Session: These sessions are a maximum of two people in a class and are completed on equipment decided upon by the instructor. The equipment could include mat, reformer, tower, chair, ladder barrel, or the spine corrector. Each class is designed for the specific needs of the clients in attendance. Classes are Mondays 7:45am, 10am, 4pm, or 5pm. Tuesdays 7:45am, 9am, 4:45pm, or 5:45pm. Wednesdays 7:45am, 9am, or 10am. Thursdays 7:45am, 9am, 10am, 4:45pm, or 5:45pm.
