Looking for a hard-hitting drummer and lead guitar for indie fuzz band

I'm a guitarist/singer, been writing my own songs for a few years, but I've had trouble finding a good drummer who can do their own thing while following the lead of the songs. I'm a pretty amateur guitarist, but I know the sound I'm looking for, and it's basically someone like Dave Grohl, as cheesy as that sounds. I'm into fills, really hard snare sounds, and snappy rhythms that change with the vibe of the song. Also looking for a solid lead guitarist who likes messing around with pedals and creating different sounds for each song. My stuff is mainly lo-fi 90s indie-sounding, FFO Superchunk, Mudhoney, PJ Harvey, Breeders, Hole, Shellac, Feelies, Yo la Tengo, Brainiac, Sparklehorse, Swervedriver, Helium, things like that. I'm a 34 year old guy, looking for people around the same age with some experience but who aren't snobby about professional chops. I'd love to play shows, record, and have fun with it.
