feline leukemia help/resources *Why is this being flagged?*

My relative was recently put into a nursing home temporarily from an injury. She has a pet cat around 3 years old who has feline leukemia and her home where the cat was staying was damaged recently so the cat can no longer stay there safely and she won't be able to return home. Looking for resources to maybe find a rescue that specializes in placing these type of cats. I and every other family member already have at least one cat and cats with feline leukemia can transmit the virus to other unaffected cats so we are worried about placing him with family rather than someone who already has feline leukemia positive cats. if anyone has and suggestions of rescues please let me know I'd be willing to travel wherever. He's a very sweet, playful, and otherwise very health black cat she rescued with good intentions to trap neuter and release but he came back positive for feline leukemia so she kept him and that was around a year ago. thanks!!
