We are seeking a custodian for Oxford Place to work alongside a maintenance technician keeping the property clean and tidy for residents. Job Duties: - Performs cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work. - Assists with apartment turnovers (a priority). - Assists with minor grounds maintenance, cleans snow from entrances and sidewalks. - Checks all trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed. Qualifications: - Must have valid OH drivers license - Must have reliable transportation - Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach $15/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + match, Life Insurance and AFLAC Canton Repository article on this fabulous property:
