APPLY TODAY AND WORK ASAP!! URGENTLY seeking multiple experienced Maintenance Technicians who are looking for a new opportunity in the Property Management Industry in Jacksonville. Schedule will be Monday through Friday. Maintenance Technician Rate: ($14+) Based on experience Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all residents and completing maintenance requests. Minimal appliance repairs such as fixing doors and hinges, changing showerheads, replacing light fixtures, patching drywall, carpet/flooring removal, ceiling fans, etc... Experience with Hotels and Construction are welcome to apply with similar experience.
