Well-established cover band looking for drummer

Looking for reliable drummer who would be interested playing 30-35 shows a year. Most shows are within an hour of the Milwaukee metro area with bulk from late May to late September, festivals and private event/wedding receptions, though occasionally will play bar shows. Cover band, mostly uptempo danceable rock/pop with a little bit of hiphop, R&B & country. If you can dance to it, or it has a good groove, we'll play it. Band is agency represented & has been around almost 20 years. Most members are 30-40, so looking for someone in the general age range 25-45. Male and female vocals, guitar bass and keys. Everyone sings, so we don't need a drummer who sings, but if you do that is a bonus. We do not use tracks, but we do use a click. We have our own monitor system & use in-ears. (You will not need to invest in in-ears) Whether you have a lot of experience, or maybe not as experienced and just looking for a stable group to join, as long as you're 100% reliable & willing to put in the work, we will invest the time needed to get you show ready as quickly as possible. If you are already in other groups and just looking to fill your calendar, we wish you the best but would not be interested.
