Hey guys my name is Nick in Louisville Kentucky 41 years old and I'm autistic. This post not only be about our government but about my boss as well. Will work for a local hotel here in Louisville Kentucky and live there as well prior to the pandemic had a great business and job, my own home and a car. Yes the pandemic was serious but everything did not need to be shut down like that for that long there were other precautions and stuff they could have done instead of shutting everything down. Now because of it I went for making 60+, a year to $8 an hour and live in a hotel with my family and kids and get less than 30 hours a week. Not only that right now we have no food can't get my medicine or my daughter's medicine, and reached out to other organizations and churches to no avail. I'm ranting and raving because I wish someone would help us but that's like asking for a miracle or finding a needle in a haystack. Especially when you have no family or friends because people don't understand me because I'm autistic. If you know of someone that would help us in any way or has a better job, but the problem would be I would have to have a place to stay because if I take another job we can't live here where we're at.
