Children, Teens, Maternity Consignment Pop Up Sale for everything from toys to books to clothes. Please read through ALL details of this waiver before registering. No need to print this off. You can show it on your smartphone at check in for consignor drop off or we can look your name up. Save your paper and ink. ;)Consignor Drop off Times:Main Drop Off (April 7-8)Wednesday Oct 7th, 12p-8p and Thursday Oct 8th, 10a-6p. By appointment only. Appointment time can be changed by you through Eventbrite later, if needed.Express Drop Off (April 7-8) Mark all items Reduce and Donate. Bring items inside the roll up doors and check in with a JBF attendant. We will quickly inspect your larger items before you leave however we will place your items on the floor for you. By appointment only. Appointment time can be changed by you through Eventbrite later, if needed.NEW Drop & Go (April 7-8)We will meet you at your car just outside the roll up doors gather your items from your vehicle and place them on the floor for you. No need to enter the building. $10 Add-on ticket Required (fee covers the first 100 items) By appointment only. Appointment time can be changed by you through Eventbrite later, if needed.Second Drop Off (April 12-13)LIMITED Number of 2nd Drop Off appointments available on Monday and Tuesday October 12 & 13 from 4-8pm. Items will be placed on the floor within an hour of drop off. $20 Deposit to reserve your spot. Returned on your consignor check.Add-on "2nd Drop Off (Deposit)" required to reserve your spot. You can always go back and add this to your ticket at a later date. By appointment only. Appointment time can be changed by you through Eventbrite later, if needed. Consignor Pick Up Time:Sunday, April18th, 7pm - 8:30pm by Appointment only. We will have all of your items bagged and ready for easy pick up. If donating all remaining items you can skip thisConsignor Percentage:Consignors earn 60% of gross sales less a $20.00 Consignor Fee. Consignors can earn 70% of gross sales if they sign up to be a team member & help out a minimum of 4 hours at the sale. NEW, earn 75% of gross sales by signing up to help 16 hours at the sale.Team Member sign ups can be done on our website after logging into your tagging account. The more you help the earlier you shop on Pre-Sale days.Discounted Registration Fee:Consignor registration is $20 for all of your items and will deducted from your consignor check paid early.50% discount when paid in advance by March 10th. 25% discount when paid in advance by March 24th. Registration will be open until April 11th.Quick Inspection and No Thank You Items - "Please Do Your Part"To ensure efficient Drop Off we ask each Consignor to do their part and closely inspect all items being brought to the sale. With this waiver consignors understand that they will be notified this sale and perhaps incur additional fees at future sales if I have more than 5 items pulled from the racks during inspection for quality, specifically stains and holes. Consignors will be informed this sale perhaps next sale charged $.25/item for items 5-12 pulled for not meeting JBF quality standards, specifically stains and holes. Consignors may be charged $.50/item for more than 12 items pulled from the floor. Consignors understand that inspection is ongoing and if we miss something at drop off a shopper may find it later. Consignors may incur additional fees if any battery-operated items they are consigning require a battery replacement during the event in order to show that the item is in working order. Super Consignors: *Anyone consigning 300+ items is asked to sign up for a 300+ Drop Off time so we can expect you. If these day or time does not work please email [email protected] to arrange a drop off time. We ask that you help with the sorting of the unsold items on Sunday from 2pm -6pm. As a result you will earn the extra 10% for a total of 70% on your sold items! Work any another 4 hour shift and get access to shop 75% off the donated items prior to the sorting shift. ;) **Anyone consigning 600+ items please pick the 600+ items Drop Off. If these day or time does not work please email [email protected] to arrange a drop off time. We ask that you help with the sorting of the unsold items on Sunday from 2pm -6pm. As a result you will earn the extra 10% for a total of 70% on your sold items!
