A+ Staffing is looking for Lead Installer Merchandising Teams to represent and lead cold vault resets for a nationally known beverage brand at nationally known convenience stores. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reset merchandising and working in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be able to work independently, stay organized and consistently meet deadlines. These projects are ongoing 1/17/2023-3/31/2022. There may be many future opportunities. Pay: $168/shift There is an opportunity to work full time hours and also a completion bonus. W-2 Based Company, paid weekly via direct deposit. LOCATIONS: Various cities in Chicago, Illinois Market. Cities Include: Chicago, Monee, Valparaiso, Des Plaines, East Chicago, Berwyn, Cicero, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Indian Head Park, La Grange, Lombard, Lyons, Oakbrook Terrace, Willow brook, Woodridge, Oak Forest, Frankfort, Park Forest, Orland Park, Steger, Tinley Park, Bridgeview, Burbank, Calumet Park, Chicago Ridge, Evergreen Park, Merrionette Park, Oak Lawn, Palos Heights, New Lenox, Bolingbrook, Joliet, Romeoville, Shorewood, River Forest, Melrose Park, Elmhurst, Schiller Park, Des Plaines, Evanston, Park Ridge, Glenview, Skokie, Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove, Addison, Carol Stream, Oswego, Wheaton, Bartlett, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Hanover Park, Wood Dale, Itasca, Elgin, South Elgin, Glendale Heights, Villa Park, Yorkville, Palatine, Bensenville, Lisle, McHenry, Aurora, Geneva, St. Charles, Huntley, Lake in the Hills, Belvidere, Dekalb, Crystal Lake, and Batavia. Dates/Times: Each store is a 1 day cold vault (cooler) reset. This schedule will be ongoing Monday-Friday, approximately 8a-2p (6 hour flat rate) Projected start date will be January 17, 2023. Approximately 200 stores to be completed between January 17, 2023 - March 31, 2022. Requirements: • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) • Current Driver's License • Previous merchandising experience - ability to follow planograms/schematics and pay close attention to detail. • Reliable and able to commit to working all days/locations on upcoming schedule. Duties: • Serve as merchandising support the beverage cooler section (cold vault) of a nationally known convenience store chain. • Pick up van, glides, planogram, and signage from vendor partners to bring tools and assets needed to complete cold vault resets. • Collaborate with various beverage vendors from other companies to complete reset within 6 hour shift. • Reset cold vault according to POG schematic standard - product placement, signage, adding/deleting items, and tagging. • Work at a steady pace and able to meet deadlines. • Maintain schematic standards and integrity. • Hang shelf signs, place coupons and assemble cardboard displays. • Cleaning of existing sections and fixtures. • Installation of glides or new shelving sections and fixtures. • Willing to be flexible to changing needs on site. • Inspect products. • Manage company's brands. • Distribute products to shelves or displays. • Insure that the merchandise is not damaged or expired. • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Completing reporting and recaps at each shift completion. *Video interview is required to move forward.
