Lock 27 Brewing is hosting its second Beer, Whiskey, and BBQ Tasting at it's Centerville Restaurant. This event includes an elegant night with top-quality beer, spirits, food, and company. Date: Wednesday, January 11, 2023 Time: 7:00 - 9:00pm (seating will begin at 6:30pm) Location: Lock 27 Brewing Centerville Restaurant (1035 S Main St.) Price: $80 per person Menu: Smoked salmon saladCattleman’s stew with brisket, short rib, and ground beefSmoked brie wrapped in puff pastry with fruit jamSmoked Louisiana-style spare ribsMolten chocolate lava cake with Dirty Bean Stout chocolate drizzleWhiskey: Exclusive, top-shelf whiskey from local distilleries (whiskeys will be announced soon) Lock 27 Brewing Beer: A flight of 4 Lock 27 brewing craft beers. First tastes of a few of our beers from our barrel-aged beer program before they are released to the public. (Beers will be announced soon.) Education: While you are enjoying your flight of beer and whiskey, you will have an educational discussion hosted by our Centerville Research & Development brewer, Chris Sullivan. Chris is knowledgeable in both brewing and distilling as he previously worked as a distiller at New Riff Distilling in Bellevue, Kentucky. At Lock 27, Chris is the brewer who gets to work on all the fun, unique specialty beers that come our of our R&D brewery in Centerville, like Go Bananzas!, Chicken Sprinkles, Spruce Tip IPA, and so much more!
