The first ever hand repair workshop is being held by Vivant. You will learn how to fix holes of all sizes from small to catastrophic. We'll go over various methods for fixing your favorite garments or simply giving them more personality. All the supplies and fun fabric scraps you'll need for the workshop will be provided by us. *** Bring a few items that you want to fix or adorn, and we'll show you how to do the rest! (Feel free to add any additional fabric scraps.) You can always bring items that you want to make even cooler if you don't have anything that needs fixing! We can demonstrate techniques for enhancing your favorite pieces, such as sashiko and boro.
