Join Christiane to welcome the New Year and kick start your goals! A fun, foundational flow followed with hot tea! Come join us on Wednesday, January 4th 10:30am 101 + Restore for a Special Pop up!! Everyone starts somewhere when it comes to yoga. Maybe you’re brand new or are looking for a way to ease back into your practice. YogaSix 101 class will develop your strength, flexibility, comfort level, and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. Christiane will guide the class through a full-body experience, complete with breathwork. Restore element emphasizes floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Students who take this yoga class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains. We will serve tea and light refreshments after class so you can hang around and ask questions and get to know each other! Can't wait to see you on your mat!!
