Come learn all about a new organization forming to support Black teachers in Baton Rouge! BR Alliance of Black School Educators will launch in February 2023 as the first organization of it's kind in Baton Rouge. BRABSE is local affiliation of the National Alliance of Black School Educators. Our mission is to empower and equip Black educators with 21st century tools to effectively educate Black and brown children while further developing their career path in the education sector. The informational will highlight the history of NABSE, discuss benefits of membership, share goals of the local Baton Rouge Affiliate and provide an opportunity to network with Black educators from around the city. We will be joined by representatives from the national office.
