Course One (Paired with Blanco Tequila) - Roasted Beet Salad, roasted beets, watercress arugula, pistachio dust, orange lemon vinaigrette, mint pesto, honey whipped ricotta
Course Two (Paired with Reposado Tequila) - Two Taco Appetizer, one slow braised pork belly taco, topped with salsa verde, cilantro & onion mix, breakfast radish and avocado spread and one slow cooked duck confit taco, topped with guajillo arbol salsa, micro cilantro, red onion and queso fresco
Course Three (Paired with our Tequila Anejo Coconut Cocktail) - choice of crusted lingcod or half-chicken both served with lemon butter sauce, mint pea purée, leek cream, fingerling potatoes, brussel sprouts
Course Four (Paired with our Tequila Clarified Milk Punch Cocktail) - Citrus Tart, our house made citrus custard served in a light and flaky pastry shell
