Located at 6500 Metropolis Drive, the Central Texas Food Bank is a 135,000-square-foot facility bustling with staff and volunteers who help bring the mission to life. Enjoy a 30-minute behind-the-scenes tour of our facility to look at how food is sorted and stocked in the warehouse. This unique experience includes a walking tour through our warehouse, cooler and freezer, product recovery room and production kitchen, all while learning about hunger in Central Texas. We require at least one adult per 5 children. For the safety of all tour participants, closed-toed shoes and shirts with sleeves should be worn.
