He served most of his military career with the Army Rangers and won the Best Ranger Competition as a Sergeant. He has many awards and commendations from his military service including the Silver Star for bravery in combat. Jeff holds a Ph.D. as well as many other earned and honorary degrees. He has taught leadership at every level from undergraduate to Ph.D. He is an award-winning author with six books in print. His military thrillers and life story are in constant demand. After conducting hundreds of radio and television interviews, Jeff has plenty of experience in the studio. He most often speaks about foreign policy decisions, his military experiences, and his faith. Jeff has been featured on international news stations like the BBC and AI Jezeera and national networks like Fox News and CNN. As a featured keynote speaker, Jeff has appeared before audiences of 10 to 10,000 people. He regularly appears before civic and military ceremonies, has spoken to many Fortune 500 companies, and has been hosted by scores of colleges and universities around the world.
